We will introduce you to the best of our cuisine and take you to a journey through our island to taste traditional recepies and products. In our menu, spices and tastes are to offer you exotic and authentic dishes.

Our very special : The Tatao or Hanim-pitoloha, a royal dish of seven delicatessen served on Bath Festival during ancient kingdom of Madagascar. In the evening, we have traditional live entertainment.

The Restaurant Tatao has become a favourite place to hold informal meetings for business men who appreciate our light meals.

Cooking is an institution that begins early in the morning with shopping in the market place.
Traditional dish is structured with red rice or white rice and the « laoka » meaning the accompaniment of the rice.

That might be meat, chicken or fish or other seafood.
The dish is generally eaten with leaves cooked in its juice.
